Rohan Shivkumar is an architect, urban designer and filmmaker practising in Mumbai. He is the Dean of Architecture at the KRVIA, Mumbai. He is interested in exploring different ways of reading and representing the city. His work ranges from architecture, urban research and consultancy projects to works in film and visual art. His research includes projects in Dharavi, the National Park, and the spaces of Dr Ambedkar in Mumbai. Rohans’ work in film includes the interdisciplinary research and art collaboration ‘Project Cinema City’. He also curates film programmes and writes on cinema, architecture and urban issues. His films include ’Nostalgia for the Future’, ‘Lovely Villa’, and ‘Squeeze Lime in Your Eye’. His work has been featured in many events including the Chicago Architecture Biennale, the Sharjah Architecture Triennale, the Seoul Architecture Biennale, the World Social Forum, the Dhaka Art Fair and Documenta.

Jabeen Merchant is a film editor trained at the FTII Pune, with a wide experience in the mainstream industry as well as independent, art house cinema. She also teaches filmmaking and consults on scripts.

Her work, which includes fiction features, documentaries, web series and short films, has been seen in countries across the world, in festivals and movie halls.

Ranvir Shah is a socio-cultural activist, philanthropist, and entrepreneur with a deep passion for books, art, music, and design. In 1998, he founded the Prakriti Foundation, which has played a pivotal role in redefining Chennai’s cultural landscape through groundbreaking festivals and events. Renowned for introducing unique artistic experiences to the city, Ranvir also contributes as a theatre and art critic to leading publications.

Alongside his cultural pursuits, he manages the family business and continues to champion initiatives that merge art with innovative ideas and community outreach. He resides in Chennai with his wife, Nandi Shah.

Deepika Sorabjee received her MBBS degree from the Grant Medical College and the Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai. Subsequently, she has worked primarily in arts programming and written on contemporary art for various publications, online sites, newspapers and art journals.
Between 2014-2023, she led the Arts & Culture Portfolio at Tata Trusts, helming programs in conservation, art education and performing arts.

A member of several juries, she was a selector for the Mumbai Film Festival’s International Competition section from 2012-2014 and in 2023. She has been on the jury of the JCB prize for literature in 2020, and on the Tata Lit Live jury for the non-fiction book prize in 2023.

She was a founder-trustee of the non- profit Mumbai Art Room, and on the Board of the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Vastu Sangrahalaya from 2015 -2023.
