No Cancellation Policy.

“All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on any products purchased through our website.

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. By placing an  order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-cancellation policy.” 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos at connect@charlescorreafoundation.org and send your item to: Charles Correa Foundation, H.No 169, St. Sebastian Street, Fontainhas, Panaji, Goa – 403001.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your shipment.

 

Duties & Taxes

The Purchaser shall be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other governmental charges associated with the export of the goods from [Seller’s Country] and import into the Purchaser’s country. The Seller shall not be liable for any such charges.
